Bufala al Glera 6 months old pasteurised buffalo milk cheese refined with Prosecco and grape residue
Basajo 6 months old unpasteurised ewe’s milk blue cheese refined with Passito di Pantelleria ( Sicilian Dessert Wine ) and coated with Chilean grapes
